On June 12, 2009 the European Commission adopted a decision to grant the Community’s financial support to the Project - Studies and technical design for the project "Reconstruction of Access Channel for Ship Entrance into the Port" - 2008 – LV – 91500 – S. The granted financial support amounts to 820 000 EUR, that makes 49.73% of the total Project costs.
