The Freeport of Riga Authority would like to inform that the open competition “Newly built tug with ice-breaking capacity” , procurement identification number RBP_2011/74, is completed.

The tender submitted by the OJSC “Leningrad Shipyard “Pella ”” is considered to be the most economically advantageous one, and in accordance with the Freeport of Riga Board decision of August 4, 2011, the contract will be concluded with the OJSC “Leningrad Shipyard “Pella ”” on purchase of a newly built tug with ice-breaking capacity for the proposed contract price of EUR 6'350'00, 00 excluding VAT, in compliance with the open competition Regulations and the Tenderer's offer.

OPEN COMPETITION

Deadline for tender submission is by 14.00 on 19 July 2011, at the Freeport of Riga Authority, address: 12, Kalpaka boulevard Riga, LV-1010, room 302, the said documents shall be submitted personally or by mail. The mail shall be delivered to he said location by the term mentioned previously.

The tenders shall be opened on July 19, 2011, at 14.00, in the hall on the ground floor of the Freeport of Riga Authority, address: 12, Kalpaka boulevard Riga, LV-1010.

The English translation is provided for the Tenderers solely for information purposes. The Procurement procedure shall be applied in Latvian, in case of discrepancies between the English and Latvian texts, the Latvian text shall prevail.
